Important Points to Note

Residence Allocation Criteria

Only students who re-applied online in 2020 and secured residence space will be permitted in residences for the 2021 academic year.

Residence Re-Opening Dates

• Health Science students are scheduled to return to residences on 4th January 2024 to complete the academic calendar for 2024.
• Students invited by their respective Colleges to write examinations will return on 9th January 2024. Examinations will be held for specific modules with statutory requirements.
• Postgraduate Research Masters and Doctoral students can return to residences on 29th January 2024 after finalizing academic and residence registration.

Medical Students Residences

Sixth-year Medical students residences will open on 1st February 2021 upon completion of residence registration.

Residences for second, third, fourth, and fifth-year Medical school students will open on 12th February 2024, post finalization of residence registration.

Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students:

Returning undergraduate, Honours, Postgraduate Diploma, and Coursework Masters students may move into residences from 26th February 2024, after completing academic and residence registration.

• First-year students will occupy residences starting from 19th March 2021 upon completion of registration.

Registration Process

All students must be academically and residentially registered before accessing residences. Online registration is mandatory, and no on-campus registration services will be provided.
