Administrative Officer Description In UKZN

The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support for organizing and executing graduation ceremonies and inaugural lectures. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating activities related to information processing and dissemination for the Registrar’s office, under the supervision of the Director of Governance and Administration.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, candidates must possess a Matric certificate, a minimum of a 1-year post-matric qualification, and at least two years of post-qualification experience in a higher education setting. This experience should include proficiency in organizational and project/office management, as well as demonstrated competence in financial administration or management. Additionally, candidates should exhibit computer literacy, including familiarity with Integrated Tertiary Systems (ITS).
