Objectives: UKZN School Of Arts 

The school aims to facilitate collaboration among languages, linguistics, applied language studies, media studies, and creative/performing arts. This collaboration is intended to create professionally-oriented programs and strengthen existing coherences and synergies in both teaching and research.

Admission Criteria UKZN School Of Arts 

For admission, applicants must meet the minimum requirement of a 55% average in third-year level major subjects. An SAQA-accredited M+3 qualification or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is required, along with a minimum of two years of industry experience. Higher qualifications and additional work experience are preferred.

Applicants are selected based on their academic records, reflecting their performance in relevant subjects. Proficiency in computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, is also a prerequisite.

UKZN School Of Arts Application Process 

RPL applicants should submit their applications no later than June, considering the time-consuming nature of the process. Late RPL applications will not be accepted.
