UKZN Acclaimed Science Centre Receives High level Accreditation. The Science and Technology Education Centre at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (STEC UKZN) has recently achieved a significant milestone by obtaining accreditation from both the Department of Science and Innovation (DSI) and the National Research Foundation (NRF) South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement (SAASTA).
This accreditation elevates STEC@UKZN to the forefront of science education centers in South Africa, solidifying its position as a hub for fostering curiosity and interest in science among the youth.

STEC@UKZN is committed to igniting a passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) among school learners.
